General Pest Control (GPC)

Cockroach, ants, and a housefly near a kitchen window and floor edge

Sometimes you know exactly what's wrong. Other times, there's an insect near the kitchen skirting, a trail by the window, and something you can't identify in the store room. You need someone to look at the place, work out what is actually there, and tell you what deserves attention first.

General Pest Control (GPC) covers that starting point. We listen to what you've seen, inspect the relevant indoor and outdoor areas, and check the conditions pests use: openings, moisture, shelter, food, and waste. A house with occasional ants is one thing. A restaurant with repeated activity near food storage is another. The pests, layout, and daily use of the property shape the plan.

Once we know what we're dealing with, we can recommend targeted control and the practical changes that support it. It may be a small repair, better storage, a cleaning adjustment, or a closer look at a particular zone. Some problems need their own specialist service. Termites, bed bugs, and rodents, for example, shouldn't be folded into a vague promise that one general treatment will solve everything.

It's also fine if you can't name the insect. Many people can't, and guessing from a blurry photo can send the conversation in the wrong direction. Tell us whether you see it by day or at night, whether it flies or crawls, and whether it appears in one room or several. Those observations are useful even when the species is still unclear.

Tell us what you have seen, where, and for how long. Photos help when you have them. We'll explain what the inspection suggests, what action makes sense now, and what you should keep an eye on afterward.
