Cockroach Management (CMS)
You clean the kitchen at night. In the morning, there's a cockroach near the drain again. It's frustrating, and it doesn't necessarily mean the room was cleaned badly. Cockroaches can shelter in places a mop can't reach: behind appliances, under cabinets, around pipe gaps, or inside warm service spaces.
Cockroach Management (CMS) begins by finding where the activity is concentrated. We check likely hiding places and look at food residue, water, drainage, and entry points. The setting matters. A home kitchen needs a different plan from a restaurant or food store that stays active for most of the day. We talk through how the space is used before recommending targeted measures, so the proposed work makes sense for that particular property.
Treatment is only one part of getting the situation under control.
Fixing a leak, closing a gap, changing how food is stored, or cleaning a hard-to-reach area can take away the conditions that help cockroaches persist. We'll explain what to watch after the visit and whether another inspection or follow-up is sensible. A sudden increase in sightings, particularly during the day, is worth mentioning. So is a pattern around one appliance or cupboard. It can help narrow down where the insects are sheltering.
If your business has a cleaning schedule, that is useful information too. We can talk through where routine work ends and access becomes difficult, such as behind fixed equipment or inside service voids. The goal is a plan your team can actually maintain once the immediate problem has been addressed.
Tell us where you see them and when. A photo can help too. The clearer the picture, the less time we spend guessing and the more attention we can give the actual hiding spots.
